What We Do
Holistic Nutrition Consulting is a unique approach to achieving optimal health. We believe that health is individual and that each client will have different concerns and needs. Holistic Health begins with whole food, food closest to its original form. We explore the healthiest foods and educate you on the benefits of each one according to your needs. Food is what builds our bones and maintains our entire body. We cannot sustain life with processed, altered or fast foods. We will explore the detriment of refined foods. In addition to a healthy diet we might recommend supplements to compliment the diet and support any deficiencies.
While diet is often the main focus we also consider the balance between the mind, the body and the spirit. We consider family, relationships, work and any aspects of life that are out of balance and could manifest as a health condition.
The main objective is to help you feel better so you can achieve all your hopes, dreams and goals

2 Session Consultation—$170
This is a practical way to begin your journey with a nutritionist. The first session will involve an in-depth intake to establish your needs and your health goals. The second session is the delivery of the nutritionist’s recommendations based on your goals and conditions.
One Hour Consultation—$90
Perhaps you are already on the path to a healthier you but simply need some guidance or questions answered. This is also the hourly rate after the successes of a 2 Session Consultation.
Health and Wellness Workshop
Educate and entertain your staff, organization or friends with a workshop focused on Health and Wellness. Topics could include: Staying Healthy in an Office Environment, Achieving Your Ideal Weight, Healthy Immunity—Surviving Cold and Flu Season, Pro-Aging—Growing Old Gracefully or any topic important to you and your health.
Cooking Classes
In addition to teaching cooking classes at The Big Carrot Natural Food Market, Sarah can bring her classes to you in your kitchen. Classes focus on whole foods, local foods whenever possible and dishes that support health and wellness. $60.00 per person, minimum 5 people
